Home fitness programme

Our home fitness programme offers you:

  • free consultation and assessment
  • one 45-min personal training session per week
  • bespoke fitness programme for you to complete in your own time. This usually consists of 2 x 45 min sessions per week
  • bespoke nutrition guide

4-week training programme: £180  |   8-week training programme: £320

This programme is fantastic for individuals who are motivated and committed to exercise on their own, and are happy to meet the trainer once a week to review their progress and learn new exercises.
