Small group Buggy Fitness Bootcamp

Bring baby with you and enjoy a workout at the same time. No childcare or creche required. The session includes cardiovascular and strength training.  We also focus on strengthening the muscles that have been weakened during pregnancy. All fitness levels catered for.

This is a small group training session, meaning you will get personal training quality experience in a small group environment.  Spaces are limited to 5 mums per session. This way, our trainer can provide more individual attention to each client.

Buggy Fitness Bootcamp is suitable for mothers who:

  • are 8 weeks post-partum following a natural birth, or 12 weeks after a C-section
  • are getting back into a workout routine after delivery
  • want to get in shape, increase strength and energy
  • want to meet new friends

Buggy Fitness Bootcamp details:

  • Venue: Fortyfoot Recreation Ground, Leatherhead
  • Date and time: Monday 9 – 9:45 am
  • A pass for 10 sessions is £70, valid for 4 calendar months
  • Pay as you go £8 per session
