This two week course is an excellent introduction to fitness. It is perfect for women who
- want to kick-start their fitness journey
- have not exercised for over 1 year
- want to ease themselves into a fitness routine
You will learn the fundamental elements of a training programme and exercise techniques at beginners level:
-Bodyweight resistance training
Week 1 (12-18 March): lower body and upper body exercises
Week 2 (19-25 March): abs/core and interval training
Venue: central Leatherhead (near town centre) – to be arranged with participants
Coach: Winnie MPharm, PhD – personal trainer, nutrition coach
Coaching style: Winnie takes an encouraging, systematic and interactive approach to bring out the best in her clients.
Limited to 4 participants per session to ensure quality teaching.
Each session is 45 minutes (contact Winnie for time slot).
