High intensity bootcamp

High intensity bootcamp is perfect for mothers who are looking for more challenging and intense workout. Get ready to sweat and shred!

This is a small group training session, meaning you will get personal training quality experience in a small group environment.  Spaces are limited to 5 mums per session. This way, our trainer can provide more individual attention to each client.

High intensity bootcamp is suitable for mothers who:

  • graduate from our buggy fitness bootcamp
  • are looking for a more challenging and intense workout
  • want to get in shape, increase strength and energy
  • want to meet new friends with similar fitness goals
  • take your fitness to the next level

To attend this bootcamp, you must be at least 6 months post-natal.

Bootcamp details:

  • Venue: Fortyfoot Recreation Ground, Leatherhead
  • Date and time: Friday 9 – 9:45 am
  • A pass for 10 sessions is £70, valid for 4 calendar months
  • Pay as you go £8 per session
