Our abdominal separation recovery programme is a new and modern 7-step approach to help the healing of diastasis recti. Abdominal separation commonly occurs in pregnancy and is caused by the forward and outward pressure of the uterus, against the abdominal muscles.
The programme follows the ‘BREATHE’ principle, a holistic approach focusing on breathing technique, posture, body alignment, nutrition and core exercises that help healing the abdominals.
