How did I get into fitness:
I’d struggled with my weight since I was a teenager. In my twenties, I joined my local gym, hoping I would finally get in shape. I would spend an hour on the treadmill or the cross-trainer. Sometimes I would attend aerobics and body combat classes. When I was at home I would try and fit in an exercise DVD. I always managed to finish the classes and DVD and I considered myself to be quite ‘fit’. I thought I must be quite unlucky as no matter how hard I tried, my weight just would not fall off.
In 2008, as a bride-to-be, I finally made the decision to get help from a personal trainer. She has taught me new exercises I have never done before, and helped me discover muscles that I did not know I had! In the first 4 weeks, I lost 4 kg. I began to really enjoy the fitness challenges and looked forward to each personal training session!
At 14 kg lighter, I re-trained as a personal trainer to help women get fit and strong.
Be the fittest, healthiest and best version of yourself.
You CAN do it! I believe it you.
I look forward to working with you!
