Our weight loss package offers you the most efficient way to achieve results in a short, realistic timeframe.  This is very popular for those who are getting ready for their big day, a family holiday or a re-union.  The programme is based on training 3 times a week, for 4 to 8 weeks.  Each package includes:

  • 3 PT sessions per week
