45-minute beginner / intermediate level bodyweight strength training workshop with Winnie, coach and personal trainer at Buggy Fitness Leatherhead.

We will cover the following in the workshop:
-Benefits of strength training
-Foundation and techniques of bodyweight strength training
-How to take your fitness to the next level
-Learn exercises that you can do at home with minimal equipment
-Secrets of an effective workout

The workshop will be action-packed. Please wear comfortable workout clothes and proper trainers. Bring a mat / towel and a bottle of water with you.

Babies and children are welcome to come along and watch. New mums: You will need to have the ‘all clear’ from your GP at your 6-8 week postnatal check; 12 weeks if you had a C-section. Please note that this workshop is not suitable for pregnant women.
