Fitness for beginners – Leatherhead


This course is an excellent introduction to fitness. It is perfect for women who

You will learn the fundamental elements of a training programme and exercise techniques at beginners level:

  • Resistance training
  • Interval training

Fitness for beginners course (Level 1) details:

  • Start date: 4 June 2018
  • Venue: Red House Grounds Park, Leatherhead (near Leatherhead train station)
  • When: Monday, Wednesday, Friday 10:30 – 11:15 am
  • Train once a week on your preferred day
  • Cost: £40
  • Please book before attending
  • Limited to 6 participants per session to ensure quality teaching.
