This course is specifically designed for women who:
- want to get fit for health benefits
- want to kick-start their fitness journey
- want to improve their fitness level
- are new to strength / resistance training
- are keen to learn how to train for long-term, sustainable results
This is NOT a traditional exercise workout class. In addition to fitness training, you will also learn the foundation of essential exercises, nutrition basics, knowledge and skills for long-term fitness success in the course.
At Winnie Fitness, our aim is to ACHIEVE BETTER HEALTH. The taught exercises, when done reguarly, help improve:
- Strength
- Cardiovascular fitness
- Sense of wellbeing

- Mental focus
You will learn the fundamental elements of a training programme and exercise techniques at beginners level:
- Resistance training
- Interval training
