Fitness for beginners – Leatherhead

A focused, structured, educational fitness programme delivered in a small group environment. Max 5 participants per group. Enrol now.

This course is specifically designed for women who:

  • want to get fit for health benefits
  • want to kick-start their fitness journey
  • want to improve their fitness level
  • are new to strength / resistance training
  • are keen to learn how to train for long-term, sustainable results

This is NOT a traditional exercise workout class. In addition to fitness training, you will also learn the foundation of essential exercises, nutrition basics, knowledge and skills for long-term fitness success in the course.

At Winnie Fitness, our aim is to ACHIEVE BETTER HEALTH. The taught exercises, when done reguarly, help improve:

  • Strength
  • Cardiovascular fitness
  • Sense of wellbeing
  • Energy level
  • Mental focus

You will learn the fundamental elements of a training programme and exercise techniques at beginners level:

  • Resistance training
  • Interval training
