Can you believe we are half way through the week already? With all the school runs, dropping off/picking up kids from school/nursery, going to work and preparing meals for the family, did you get a chance to fit in a workout this week? I am going to share with you a short and simple 10 minute workout today. Get your heart pumping and work those muscles. It will leave you energised and refreshed in just 10 minutes. I like to workout first thing in the morning. However, for whatever reason this is not practial, then I have a suggestion for you. If you have kids to be picked up from school/nursery, do your workout before the pick up in the afternoon. If you are a working mum, try to fit it in after work and before having dinner. These time slots are the best to give mums an energy boost.
Complete the following exercises in order
- Jumping jacks – 1 minute
- Squats – 15 reps
- High knees – 1 minute
- Push ups – 15 reps
- Shadow boxing – 1 minute
Rest one minute, then repeat the circuit one more time.
